Warranty for the flooring

Materials and installation of flooring was done by Messina’s Flooring out. During your one-year warranty, all flooring concerns should be channeled through Lewis Builders Warranty by calling 603-362-5333 or emailing to warranty@lewisbuilders.com

Please note:
- Wear and tear items that were not specifically noted at the walkthrough will not be warrantied at the 60 day and Year list.
- Lewis Builders will repair grout one time during the first year of warranty, beyond that it will be a maintenance requirement by the homeowner.
- Nicks, tears, and damage are not warranted after closing on Luxury vinyl Tile, Carpet or Hardwood. Installation and seems are warranted for 1 year.
