How to Access the Community Center? 

Community Center Access Guidelines

The Community Center is available exclusively to Atkinson Heights homeowners and residents. 

Hours of Operation:

The Community Center is open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 

Building Access:

  • Access is available using your assigned key fob. 
  • One key fob is provided with each new unit at closing. 
  • Additional key fobs are available for purchase. 

Private Events:

The Community Center is available to reserve for private events. For events with more than 8 people, advance scheduling is required. See How to Reserve the Community Center for Private Events for more information about private events and scheduling!

The fitness center remains open during private events unless otherwise communicated by Property Management.
