All About Parking

Resident Parking:

• All vehicles must be properly registered in accordance with state law.
• Park only in your assigned parking space.
• Unauthorized vehicles parked in designated resident spaces may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
• During designated snow removal periods, residents and visitors must remove vehicles from exterior parking areas as instructed. 

Visitor Parking:

• Visitor parking is available in front of each building. 
• Visitor parking spaces are for temporary guests only. 

Community Center Parking: 

• No overnight parking is permitted in the Community Center parking lot unless specifically authorized.
•  EV charging spaces are reserved for electric vehicles that are actively charging. Please unplug and move your vehicle once charging is complete.
