Fireplace Battery Backup Manuals
Simplified Video Transcript:
In the manual, it describes what I am going to walk you through. It has a battery backup feature to it so if you lose power you can use the batteries to ignite the fireplace and you will have heat. The blower however will not operate on the battery backup, [the battery backup] only gives enough to ignite the flame.
Lift the screen and pull it out, right here (under fireplace) is the battery pack, put 2D batteries in here, you also want to unplug it... there is a plug on here that you want to unplug if you want use the battery backup. The reason for that is if the power comes back on when using the fireplace it could send a surge through the lines or eventually the batteries could leak.
Put your batteries in the battery pack, flip the switch, and it will ignite
