What Amenities are Available at the Community Center?
Community Center Amenities & General Guidelines
Community Center Hours & Access:
The Community Center is open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Residents can access the building using their assigned key fob. If a private event is taking place, fitness center users are encouraged to use the side entrances. Great Room, Multipurpose Room, & Kitchen:
The Great Room and kitchen are the primary gathering spaces available for community events, meetings, and private functions. When using the Great Room and kitchen, please remember to:
- Wipe down counters, sinks, tables, and appliances after use.
- Remove all food and personal items from the refrigerator.
- Empty the dishwasher if it was used.
- Return tables, chairs, and furniture to their original locations. Ensure all of the lights are turned off.
- Dispose of all trash and recycling properly before leaving.
Fitness Center:
The on-site fitness center provides residents with a convenient place to stay active without leaving the community. The fitness center remains accessible to residents, even during private events. Please Remember:
- Wear appropriate athletic shoes and exercise attire.
- Food is not permitted in the fitness center.
- Limit equipment use to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
- Report any equipment issues to Property Management.
Outdoor Patio & Fire Pit:
The outdoor patio offers another great place to gather and relax. Unless reserved for a private event, the patio, fire pit, and grill are available for all residents during Community Center hours. When using the patio, please remember:
- Return patio furniture to its designated location.
- Turn off the fire pit and grill before leaving.
- Dispose of all trash properly.
Lending Library:
Located in the Multipurpose Room, the Atkinson Heights lending library gives residents the opportunity to borrow and share books with neighbors. Residents are also welcome to donate hardcover and trade paperback books.
Community Bulletin Board:
Just inside the main entrance, you'll find the Community Bulletin Board, where Property Management posts announcements and community updates. For the exclusive use of residents, please contact Property Management if you wish to post a notice or announcement.
