Follow these steps to find the current HOA fee:

  1. Visit the Atkinson Heights Condo Documents page: https://www.lewisbuilders.com/atkinson-heights#CONDODOCUMENTS 
  2. In the document search box, type "budget" and press "Search".budget
  3. Select the most recent Atkinson Heights Board Approved Budget and click "View Document".
  4. Locate the Condo Fee section. The current monthly HOA fee is typically found on Page 2 of the budget document. budget1
