  • Propane: Your new home has a metered connection to a Palmer Gas & Oil propane tank. Please call their main office to set up your new account at 603-898-7986.
  • Cable/Internet/Phone: Comcast/Xfinity is the provider for the Pleasant View Farm neighborhood. Please contact Dan Corrigan, our dedicated Customer Representative. He will have the most up-to-date information on services, packages, and pricing. 
  • Electric: Please call Eversource at 800-662-7764 or click the link to their website to set up your account.
  • Epping Water & Septic Service
  • Septic service is part of your monthly condo fee. The water department will switch the water bill into your name once they receive the recorded deed, which should be a few days after closing.
    • Due to a quarterly billing cycle, your first water bill may need to be reconciled with Lewis Builders to ensure proper proration,
As new homeowners, you will be responsible for contacting all utilities and applying for new accounts. We want all services to continue without interruption, which is why we encourage you to speak to these companies about 10-14 days prior to the closing date.
