Window & Doors
The Warranty for the windows and doors in your home is provided through the Manufacturer. During the initial one-year warranty period, all concerns regarding your windows and doors should be channeled through Lewis Builders Warranty by calling 603-362-5333 or emailing warranty@lewisbuilders.com
All window and doors were purchased through East Coast Lumber in East Hampstead, NH.
After the initial one-year warranty period, any concerns should be directed to East Coast Lumber by calling 603-329-5322 and asking for the Contactor’s Desk or visiting them at 4 Colonial Dr. E. Hampstead, NH.
Please Note: Exterior Window and Slider frames are the responsibility of the Condo Association, any concerns after your one-year warranty period regarding the exterior frames should be directed toward your Condo Association. The windows and slider glass as well as interior frames and trim defects or malfunctions are the responsibility of the homeowner after the initial one- year warranty period.
